WeeklyBeats 2018 #26

Whooo! Made it through the first half! Let's close off week 26 with a bang!

On a sentimental note, when I started wb18 this year in January I never would've dreamed I'd create such a continuous stream of tracks - I expected to have more trouble with it. And I never ever ever would've dreamed about the positive reactions I've gotten from people here on the forums and over on SoundCloud. So yay, you! Your kind words truly mean a lot to me!

Consequently, I've decided to release the 26 tracks of past half year as an official album, so if you dug my music, stay tuned! Gonna take a couple of weeks to get everything sorted out. Oh, and I'll include savs for *each* track big_smile

See y'all next week heart heart heart

No thank you for making so many memorable tracks and sharing them with all of us heart Man you need to PM me when that album comes out, I want to hop RIGHT on that, especially with the savs! Need to learn your wizardry wink

Great chiptune! Going outside of 4/4 really adds a lot to this. Catchy melodies and cool pitch shifting, really solid track.

You know, I notice myself doing that more and more often. Dancey music, but with a rhythmic/metric twist to it. Happy you liked it!

That's definitely a thing WeeklyBeats does, including the album release. It's so interesting.

Great job on the song too, good chords, interesting bits; keep on trucking.

Thanks, Devieus! smile Truckin' on!

Very mesmerizing rhythm, love the energy! top notch bass work as well. I'm also looking forward to your album, will you give names to the tracks or keep them numbered? Awesome of you for including .savs, as Mortistar said there's some wizardry I would love to study! I'm getting that Dragon Drop soon so I'll be able to stumble around on actual hardware smile

Ah yais excited to hear about the album!  I dunno what you're going to call it, but your tracks always have an epic feel to them.  "The best video game you never played!" Pardon me way too much coffee today.  smile

Haha, I was thinking of just calling the albums 2018 Q1 and Q2 or something, but I *am* thinking about naming all the tracks!
