Weekly Beats 2018 #1

By antler on January 3, 2018 9:41 pm

After having mainly done side chaining dance music, I wanted to start of this WeeklyBeats with something softer and more gentle. Turned out with a "wintery" feel as well.

Made with LSDJ 5.8.4.

Nice chips!   Welcome to 2018 too btw smile

nicely done, hard to make lsdj sound this pretty

Great track! you can definitely hear the 4ntler fingerprint in it. sooo happy and kawaii! big_smile

very enjoyable

Soft is nice, really brings forth the melody.

Thanks everyone! Means a lot smile

Beautiful stuff. Great tune. Reminds me a little of Peer - "Dances", which is a huge compliment in my opinion. Props also for being one of the few to brave the 5.x.x releases of LSDj heart

That's a great compliment indeed! Thanks!

I guess I started out with LSDj a couple of months before 5.x.x was released, so figured I might as well make the jump right there and then and get used to it. smile

Ooh this is really nice. Always appreciate some slower, prettier LSDJ!

Fantastic tune! Got goosebumps from the very beginning heart More please

Thanks, both! Next week I've ramped up the tempo quite a bit, but I'll surely return to some slower LSDj. Love how the experiment came out as well.

The tempo modulations are very visceral and soothing and I am also impressed that you managed to make LSDJ sound so pretty.

Pretty chord progression and love the head nodding beat smile
