Paper Airplanes

By an0va on March 8, 2014 6:30 am

Bout to head into NYC city to see Kyary in a few hours (lol). So I figured I'd show what I worked on this week for a new client. This is a background score for a video introducing a museum exhibit on paper airplanes. I kept it pretty simple, a lil new age, and tracked a couple airy wooshes cuz planes. I also cut up and processed the voiceovers that will play over this and doing that work is always fun to me for some reason. Overall though, it was the first time I had worked on scoring directly to video and would love to get more work doing it again!

Very chilled out and weirdly puts me in an inquisitive mood - sounds like it'll fit in perfectly for the museum! Have you seen this delight

the chillest of chills

Percussion sounds are great.  Super short sustains?  Would love to see this / hear this in context :-)

this nails the airy feeling very well. this would also be excellent airport music. i like it a lot!

Before I read your description I was picturing this as a Documentary DVD Menu Screen that cycles.  Nice dude the drums sound solid
