Synapse Relapse

This is such a wonderful place, full of wonderful, creative, and inspiring people. Thanks to everyone here.

This weeks piece has a bit of an industrial feel - I made (most of it) it at a playground while my kids were running around. Another week has passed where I haven't caught up on commenting or comments, and I'm sorry for my relapse, but not a day goes by where I don't think about all the positivity weekly beats brings, and what the interactions here mean to me.

Very cool dark synth aesthetic with lots of development.

Cool sound design! The track starts to come alive for me around 1:09 and then it becomes quite charming indeed. Kinda sad it's over so shortly after that.

Thanks! I've had a lot of last-minute tracks in the last couple months, and I feel like this is the one I managed to develop the most!

Thanks! Yeah, about that time is definitely the "I made this killer 4 bar groove, now need a song around it" part of the song, haha. I feel like I tend to work backwards like that a lot, and then end up cutting it short because I feel like it's getting monotonous (because I've listened to that part over and over). My big dream is that maybe at the end of the year, I'll re-visit some of these, and expand/develop them a bit more.
