Midnight Obsession (Instrumental)

Back to meat-space this week! I got some sweet new hi hats and a new ride (I didn't have a ride cymbal. so yay!), so I decided to get that on the track this week. Got the kick mic'ed and an overhead going through my 1073 preamp clone (73P from DIYRE). Same mic/pre-amp on my cheap acoustic bass, and cheap acoustic guitar.
I started on some lyrics, but didn't have time to get them recorded. Managed about 4 hours into this total, so I'm calling this week's track an "instrumental", and maybe I can add them for next week's track. I even goofed and had my monitors up by the time I was doing guitar, so you can hear that metronome keeping sweet, sweet time through most of it. Maybe I'll record some shaker sounds to try and mask it out over for next week as well. I also processed the stems through some outboard gear.
