Phone Booth in the Rain - Korg Minilogue XD Synthwave

By Aisjam on May 10, 2020 1:56 pm

I've been madly rearanging my studio space this week so i have more desk space near my computer. I have an idea to start streaming and I descided to make a one synth song.

Choosing my Minilogue XD I made some good old nostalgic patches and made this synthwave track. This was recorded with Renoise and Mixed and Mastered in Reaper.

Gives off a chill lazy vibe, especially when things aren't playing in sync.

I really dig the flow in this track. The lead brings a really cool vibe from the 80s for sure. Great job smile

This is some slice of life synthwave, really like that arp pattern the song is initially built on, the B section is even better, slowing things down a bit and driving into that snare.

Its not a bug, Its a feature XD. Not the most avid keyboard player, however weekly beats is helping with that.
