Electro Ferrite - Korg Monologue Arturia Microfreak Synthwave

This week the carousel has chosen my #Monologue, #MPC1000 and #Microfreak.
To start I really wanted to make a string “thingy” so using the Microfreak I went and created a patch that used the string engine + some extra modulation to make it more warbly. Setting up the monologue was a breeze and made a simple slightly squelchy bass. Using the MPC1000 for a drums and sequencing. I made a jam and experimented with the sound and from that, created the patterns that made this song
