From my MPC again, but I forget the original source, this beat features mostly static! I wanted to let the sounds stand on their own as much as possible and keep the flow of the beat unique. I ended up pretty satisfied after a few days of listening and then a session of refining. It gives me the feeling of being in a cold place, which I think is fitting for this time of year (well, not in California...). Ennnjoy!

yeah! the "cold breeze" just came out naturally and then I got a little obsessed with giving the beat texture vs traditional sounds. moving around kicks was most of my week though, just enough...too many... wrong place... hah. so glad you enjoyed it!
