This week I was working on a few different projects, but decided to revisit a 2nd beat I started when I was doing the "brasil" one a few weeks back. That record had a few loops I liked on it, and I had just started playing with the loop that starts off this beat. I really liked the vibe the loop has when mixed with the vocal sample, and then I got quite carried away sticking noise gates all over the place. I'd say the result is more on the experimental side, and I ended up working on it right up until the deadline so there are some things I'm not super satisfied with, but so goes weeklybeats! looking forward to hearing what you all think. enjoy.
