since i had such good luck waiting until sunday morning last week and not overthinking my beat all week, i decided to do that again this week (some may call this procrastination, but to each their own). so, i spent sunday morning on this. starting with a little drum beat, then chopping up a random record from my collection that was full of all these great bongo hits and other isolated sounds (got lucky on my pick). a few that i used are exactly as they were, and a few became logic sampler instruments so i could play them more how i wanted. there's also a few virtual instruments i played & added effects to. and lastly, in came some fresh vocal chops (not related to the record at all) to give some narration to the beat. i had a good time with this one so hopefully you can enjoy it as well!
