Rail Replacement

By A-Cow on March 8, 2026 10:58 pm

Well I had torrid weekend.

Ran a half marathon up in the highlands where I bombed out the last 3 miles and massively missed my target time and then had to spend 10 hours travelling home on various rail replacement bus services. Still not home and probably won’t be before midnight so going to have to bend the rules and upload a thing I made last year but didn’t share with anyone. I really did have a thing at home I was ready to finish this evening, but needs must.

I enjoyed the lectro leftovers. This is God's way of telling you that Weeklybeats > running.

Rules are meant to be bent if you deliver such crispy jams. The production on this is so clear and I love the chord stabs under the arps.
Tune.

Dude, sorry to hear the backstory but sounds like you're making some huge gains regardless.

This is really enjoyable track despite all that, and I'm tuned in to what you've got in the pipe to finish now.

Sounds like a rough weekend. Still, this banger made it out into the world which is a positive!
Cool bubbly bass patch and some sweet chords and arps over that infectious drumgroove. Love it.

Sorry about the marathon and extended travel. You rebounded nice with this song.

Nice bounce to the track. That 101-ish bass sounds perfectly placed with the drums and the spaced arps. It's the real star of the song. Hope you're recovered now. Sorry you didn't hit your goal. It's incredibly frustrating when that happens. Hopefully your next attempt will be smoother.

Punchy little track. Some of the arps with their reverb and delays sound tasty! Sucks about your half-marathon time and having issues traveling back home. Anyway, neat little track!
