Funky Putter

More dumb fake NES mini-golf tunes. This track is about whacking a golf ball around a ridiculous course adorned with cheesy lawn ornaments and outlandish obstacles.

Loving the Golf theme - this tune conjures images of an endurance stage - much like Paperboy challenge stage on C64 - sinister undertones!

definitely enjoying the old school NES bonuslevel stylings!

@tim koch: thanks, I definitely see what you mean with the endurance stage.
@bryface: old school NES is my comfort zone. I'll be exploring some other consoles throughout the challenge.

Spot-on as always! Really dig the chromatics in the main them. Boss.

Love the jam at the beginning.  So funky.  The triangle is so perfect here.

This is really kickin!  1 on the chromatic goodness in the main theme

I didn't even know I liked golf

nicely done! I can tell a lot of love was put into this smile

oh god. sick! makes me so jealous when within the first 3 seconds my immediate reaction is "THIS IS AWESOME."

Soh funkeh! *fav*

Nice tune.  You should do a conversion to real hardware.  Sounds like it'd work fine ;-)   Minigolf on the Famicom (and Lynx) a passtime of my childhood!

This was written using a midiNES and recorded off actual hardware.

Damn funky song if I may say so myself
