Abraide - Plastic Milk (Syntax Party 'M8 Single Synth' entry - Hypersynth Only)

This is a compo entry to the syntax demo party 'm8 single synth' category I did with a friend of mine, Alex Wilson. We call our M8 Tracker duo Abraide. We will be releasing more music in this 'game OST chiptune prog' style in the future.

We shared a m8 file back and forth using only hypersynths... here's what we came up with, within the 2 minute limitation. I think we came in about 6th?

Great job! Makes me want to sit down and find some more timbres with Hypersynth than what I'm usually doing. Are the drums Hypersynth Patches also??

They are indeed. 100% hypersynth.

I think (if I am remembering correctly) we used wrap distortion on the shares/hats/cymbals/etc to get something closer to "noise" to work with like we would in any other chip-style thing. Eventually the file for this should end up on scene.org and you can dig in!
