Excerpt from a live performance last weekend. I had 24 hours to prepare a 30 minute live set, so took my Octatrack to the couch and created an entire minimal tech/footwork set from tiny snippits of 80s pop songs.
Gets pretty minimal around halfway through; I was stalling while the next guy set up, and slowly winding down my set. Consider it an exercise in restraint!
This is edited from a recording I made using my Zoom H1; unfortunately the rest of the recording was ruined due to some part of the cable/adapter I was using being a bit unstable.

like about 1/10 of the way in and i'm loooooving this
I wish I managed to come down for this live, this sounds like awesome!
Sick dude Nice energy!
Changeups at the beginning are great - are you switching patterns or doing some scene/fader magic or something else? 1/3 through is like a bass waterfall. Pummeling but with lots of delicate texture. When the beat drops out it feels like the end of a rollercoaster. The mangled filtered bits toward the end are satisfyingly claustrophobic.
Good to see some OT action here. An amazing instrument.
Pretty badaas. Would love to see the live performance.
