I'm working on porting my Max synth engines and sequencers over to handheld devices (for now, Anbernic CubeXX), with some help from Codex. The aim is to have a handheld version of the generative environment I made last year, and make it a bit more concise and performance-friendly.
Here's a quick recording of my modal synth engine ported to what is currently a standalone macOS app, but also works on my Anbernic device, which is pretty great considering it's 16 partials x 4 voices. I added reverb and delay later, hopefully the CubeXX can handle some effects eventually ![]()
