My goal this week was to make a simple algorithmic song I could use as an intermission. Nothing crazy.

Really liking the slow beat that emerges in this piece--it kind of ties it all together. Very cool--which software did you use to make it? Which algorithms?

I simply used the B command in LSDj, which probabilistically jumps to a command. In this case, I used it in a table to jump to transpose commands for a different melody every time. I suppose "probabilistic" is more accurate than "algorithmic", but weighted randomness is an algorithm.
Grindy chunky sound. Lots of power! Would be a pretty cool live show intermission.
