Well, the idea to make each song a story and a continuation of the story before it is not working. I'm not finding the time to put any conscious thought into the lyrics, and plan out the storyline in any sort of preemptive fashion. Perhaps i'll put my intention into it soon.

I always appreciate any feedback from you all as I respect you all deeply!

Lyrics:
I’m stuck between you and something else
And I know but I just can’t help
I’m held beneath you, I just don’t care
I’ll grow then stand back and watch you melt.

Its so erratic but I'm not gonna let go
It might matter now, but in time we will see through the shadow thing
I’ll become the weight and throw me and you into the darkest parts of outer space
I know it’s hard, but now is not then, and now will never be again

They're great, but lets sit back and watch
I know they’ll take me by surprise
They're flakes but they have different eyes
They’re great… California in disguise

I wished them all away but I can see them coming back
I wish we didn't hate but things are done, the things we’ve done, the things undone
I hold the whole world in high esteem and marvel in the details
I laugh at everything when I least expect to feel the lightest kiss my eager soul.

ohw, that's a nice stereo mix! I just had to look around me to check if there wasn't a piano standing next to me wink

great vocals, too! how do you record singing?

This one was recorded in my sisters car. She has some tiny kind of car named Sharky. The mic is actually the built in mic in my headphones!!! (the generic apple earphones). I was very happy to find that I like the way they record better than any condenser mic I have.

!!!

Very cool vocal recording and effects!

Great tune, Buddy!

your voice reminds of syd barrett at times. love the backing vocals!
