Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

This was inspired while watching that new show The Knick. The music is composed by Cliff Martinez, who also did the music for Drive. It's pretty amazing, synth based but very moody music. I wanted to try to do something that was for an imaginary film. This is what I came up with.

That bass when  it starts churning. Tiny workers clicking the buttons into place. And the second half is golden! You sure know your way around composition and arrangement

This is better than most film music, which is designed to support the visuals. This deserves full attention.

Thank you both. I'm really trying to work on creating drama in the music and listening to it as someone who hasn't heard it 100 times already. Does anyone have any advice for this? I try to take breaks and actively forget what I was doing so the music can hit me like anyone else will here  it.
