Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Starpause, I'm being offered a second hand Maschine mkI but... I'm not sure of the workflow. What's your opinion on that?

I'd suggest reading through the getting started guide for maschine which takes you through the workflow pretty well.
Maschine thoughts... I was excited by the fact that it could stick you in a key with update 2.2 but over all sitting in front of a computer to make music is not where it's at for me. I spent a few hours installing everything and going through the quick start. After that I just felt drained... but woke up the next morning and busted out a weeklybeat with Korg Gadget in a few hours, whee
