Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Wrote this one mostly in delirium after an all-nighter hopped up on too much coffee. 30 minutes building the patterns and instruments, 10 min setting up the chain and 15 minutes recording and mixing. feels like more sidechain porn.

Thanks! I bounced the side chained parts down before i re-layered the kick back on so that they would be related but functioning independently. that way i can fatten up both of them without affecting one another
