Push the Barrel

Been trying to get better at piano and learn some jazzy chords lately, so this track is pretty much that with some atmosphere and percussion thrown in the mix. It was initially quite a bit slower and had a FF7 slums vibe going on, but it sounded more vibey sped up a little bit -- still pretty videogame-esque though which is usually what I go for. Enjoy!

Nice, you could try a brush drum next time.

Thanks! If I had a little more time, I definitely would have

Breaking Good.

I hear no videogame-esque sounds here. Love the piano and rhodes. Very beautiful.

True, no videogame-esque sounds but the vibe was built around my love of old RPGs, that 'rundown romantic town' feel. Regardless, glad you dig it smile

Aha! so you have a sweet spot for old complicated japanese RPGs?

By the way, that bass is amazing? it is real or programmed?... The whole tune sounds so live and warm

Amazing
