First time I did a generative piece entirely on the modular this week (thanks in no small part to getting hold of a Disting from Escape from Noise)...unfortunately it was a bit dull sounding in it's original form so I had it dangle off the end of a thing with a bit of a beat...which made for a good excuse to test some stuff on TweakyBeat and animoog.

And then I melted in the Swedish summer heatwave...

Ulf (@escapefromnoise) ordered some the same week I asked about it, but he did warn me that the first batch disappeared quick. So I was doing refresh on the shop page several times a day smile I'm using it in quantize mode, with a Dixie II driving the scales in LFO mode, and some mildly chaotic scale type switching on the extra input. Now I'm starting to fantasize about a whole rack made of Distings wink
