Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

this made me start laughing right away, and i love how the kick drum pops out giving it a fuller mix than a lot of the strictly chiptune stuff, sounds great

It's mostly a VSTi called VOPM running in ableton. Drums ripped from sega games.
This sounds great and as a fellow Ableton user, I need to check out this VOPM business! How do you write this? Are you piano rollin', MIDI keyin', or sequencer clickin'?
