Incredibly happy with this one. Definitely needs more work and attention, but for now, it is what it is. Very happy with everything ranging from the sample-and-hold filter over the guitar sounds, the 90s industrial beats to the distant dark acid. Ah, so good. I think it'd benefit for sure with some anthemic lyrics, but I have no idea what to say over it right now, hah. Maybe for my in-progress industrial album, but it actually sounds a lot darker than the other tracks I've been working on. Weird, huh? We'll see!

This week was okay. Definitely overloading myself at work and feeling it's time to reach out for help and delegate a bit more. Should've stayed later a coupla times but didn't. I think I've got a good game plan though for this week to get things back on track.

Spooky Halloween activities this past Thursday then Friday - all so good. Hugely recommend going to Dungeon Of Doom haunted house in Mt. Zion, IL if you have the chance. Super magnificent, extensive, intricate and wonderful haunted house. You're in it for at least an hour, oh man, it's so good. Third year going. The next day we did boardgames which included Betrayal At House On The Hill, Plague & Pestilence and then Coup. Didn't end up playing my copy of Atmosfear (which is also so good) but it was all a blast. I'm definitely still in some sleep debt from all of it.

Finally, totally splurged and bought iZotope's Music Production Bundle 2. Ozone seems super intense and I'm not yet sure if I want to really integrate Neutron into my workflow, but I am pumped about Trash2 and VocalSynth - hoping they'll show up in next week's track.

Solid stuff.  Like it!

Aciiiiiiiiid! This is a really, really satisfying onslaught.  Totally epic.

Favorited - this is perfect for Open Arena/Quake 3/UT2k4 (yes, I still play those games). 8)
