Drizzling

I finally set up a space for my desktop (laptop still out of commission). It's cozy, but has room for my small keyboard, so I'm able to alternate between programming sequencer devices and playing the keys. I haven't gotten fully back into the groove yet, but my workflow for this week was way more fluid.

I shifted my focus onto the pitches/melodic content this week (rather than purely pattern/loop building). I purposely used smaller fragments/portions of scales to create some ambiguity in the progression of the track. As well, open (perfect) intervals help to shift the mood. It's been a while since I incorporated strings, so I peppered some in.

Great use of the wider (stately) intervals against the mildly dissonant background.

beautiful, buchlaesque.

Nice job
