I knew these days would come. Days where you literally have no minute left in a week to do some music. I had to pull off this one in a 30min loud train ride on crappy headphones. And since i had no clue what to do i did some unstructured/granular/experimental/noise thingy to at least not break the chain at weeklybeats. smile

Furthermore it was my first attempt (enforcedly) to do a track completely on the iPad. Luckily i've found some samples i recorded months ago for a live improvisation video (embed below) using a toy music box. I took these samples and glitched them a bit.

I used the following Apps:
Samplr (for the recording and composition),
Turnado (for the glitchy mangling) and
Final Touch (for "Mastering", although i wouldn't call this track mastered at all smile ).

Wow... that is some sound design yikes If you hadn't told me you did it in 30 minutes, there's no way I would have known... such is the nature of experimental noise music I suppose ;-)

Glitch is dead. Long live glitch smile

Sounds pretty amazing for the circumstance!

A very productive 30 minutes!  Still sounds cool to me.

mate please be my bride someday. Also sent you an email idk if you got it, I have a project you might interested in!

Great sounds and textures. 30 minutes well spent!

Yeah, these days are upon us :-)
Raw track, but rich and with lots of interesting moments. It builds up and climaxes in this wavefrom scanning/feedback thing, then dies down again and escalates. It's alive!

Beautiful pulsars!  Excellent time-destruction!

Nice soundscape. Dig it!

That atmospheric soundscape would be great for an inmersive game... I'm also impressed with your 30 minutes, man!

Awesome textures and very interesting throughout! Good work per usual

I wish all my train rides were this productive smile Sounds good on it's own, and is even more impressive considering that it's a single creative burst.

wow this sounds like your train ride went through a wormhole smile  this sounds friggin awesome.  I love how mangled it gets toward the end.  Reminded me of some NIN's past manglings on the fixed EP.
