By Orinoco on February 11, 2012 6:22 amThe easiest week so far for me. This was wrapped up by Monday or Tuesday and came together very quickly. Major influences on this one are Brian Eno and Burial. Burial is great at establishing a setting purely through his use of sounds so that's what I was going for here. I really love sampling stuff but have held off until now because I didn't wanna break the rules. This week though, I did some quick recordings on an iPhone and tried to incorporate those.

Looked your gift horse straight in the mouth actually, and he didn't bite my ear off. Which is nice. In fact he licked it gently and snorted a bit. Metaphorically speaking. Oh dear. Like it, reminds me of an old old track of mine in a way too.
