Dance with me?

I do apologise for the appalling flute and violin synths. Not enough time to practice and record properly :S Anyway, composed on sibelius over a period of 3 hours. It's a duet for flute and violin.

this sounds really nice, and i totally get the frustration with having to use sibelius synths.

short and sweet. like! could probably do with a bit of compression - bit quiet.

Yeah, sorry about how quiet it is, there's really not much I can do about that. Sibelius sucks, you can't compress sound :S

You were going to play this?!  Nice Sibelius work :-]

she's a pretty amazing flautist and we know a few violinists who could do the violin part.
i think you can run VSTs (AUs for you) in sibelius but it's a pain in the arse afaik. export them as wav's and send them to me next time you do stuff in sib and circumstances prevail so i can make them louder and maybe a little nicer sounding! smile

Nice composition. Would love to hear it on real instruments recorded well.

This is definitely a very nice composition. I agree with midimachine though. There'll always be someone willing to help out in regards to mastering or re-patching to get different sounds, myself included. None of the piano or strings in my tracks are "real", but there are ways of making them sound reasonably convincing smile

Keep up the good work. Looking forward to listening to more compositions from you!
