Here Now

A chord progression I really like: mellow, hopeful and contemplative. It came about in a session with collaborator. Arranged it this week. Did not create a second part to it that progresses the progression, but tried to create some movement to make interesting. It's been a damn emotional week. Life. I needed mellow, and I need to continually remind myself to only live in this moment. To be here and only here in this moment, right now. Hence the title.

Loving the clean flange sound on this.  It gives a nice underwater feel.  I really like when the beat kicks in. The melody line is mellow and pretty. Awesome track.  Downloaded.

Thanks so much, I want to explore more mellow and pretty underwater sounds in the future!

That is a great progression: The treatment makes it dissolve into lovely oblique darting motions; anchored by the solid percussion pattern. Faved.

Definitely a suhweet chord progression but the drums add a nice driving feel to the track.  I agree it does have a cool underwater effect to it.  Nice work! smile

i like how the chords are masked under the flangey stuff, but they have that positive feeling with them. nicely done sir.

Beautiful atmosphere
