Exit Signs - Week #2

Continuing the exploration of texture and distortion, this piece gets plenty of use out of reverb and overdrive effects, plus my new favorite iPad app running through my new favorite analog delay pedal.

so gorgeous....I faved this

Reminds me a lot of Hammock when they when primarily synth for an album or two! Totally enjoyed everything this had to offer! I like the EQ on the drums to give it that telephone feel. Certainly builds the mood much better as an ambient track!

I'm trying to think of something meaningful to say, but I really can't think of anything.  There seems to be a little bit of mud in the mix towards the last third when the pad starts getting loud, but I think you could make an argument for it being artistic.  Might just be me though.  Good job!

Much appreciated, guys. I'm a huge fan of Hammock's material, and am flattered by the comparison! I did struggle a bit with mixing the synth bass in this track, and would by no means called this properly mastered. I hope to improve my quick mixing skills throughout the year via this challenge...

fucking great atmosphere!

I listened to your week 3 track first, now I'm listening to the rest of your tracks, all excellent, great job
