Krampnitz

By m2K7 on March 6, 2016 6:30 pm

In Krampnitz is a huge Military Complex. First built by the Nazis in 1937 as a Riding-School and armored Barracks. 1945-1992 it was used by the Russians as a Militarycamp.
Since the Russians are gone, several International Movies have been Filmed there.
Among other things, parts of Inglourious Basterds.
We did not have much time, we scurried affected by the Terrain and Buildings,
Photographed what seemed to us the lens.
The terrain is left to nature, if only has its certain charm.
So the song was "Krampnitz"

Excellent! Heh, both the Nazis and the Soviets would have fallen over if they heard it ::))

Excellent photography and unexpected raw techno... Your soundpalette is delightful. I don't know if it's software or hardware, but it has a really "oldschool" hardware vibe with that Juno-esque lead.

Great techno - fits the stunning photos really well. Nicely done smile

Fascinating approach, excellent photo. The track definitely feels like a heart racing with the dark tension in it. Great!

Great track, fits the imagery and your description of the place very well!

Thank you all who have listened to it. Glad you like it!
I have all the Songs heard this Week, unfortunately there are fewer and fewer.
They are great, extraordinary, interesting and sometimes I lack the words.
Weiter so. Keep it up! big_smile

This Song is done complete in Software. I use an 2009 selfbuild Reaktor5 Instrument, 3 times.
pMEX, means Phasemodulation experimental

I Have done some Presets over the Years. I use it as a VSTi in Cubase ES, play some Melody´s
and process it as REXfile with Recycle2. So i can use the Loops in Reason7, wich is my Main DAW.
The Drums are an Selfmade Drumset for Redrum.
(often old S-330 or Mirage Samples, i have done in the 90´s)
I use the onboard Mastercompressor, it apply a Heavy Compression at the whole Mix.
The lenght of the Bassdrumm controlls the Compression of the Song.

Really cool driving beat and I enjoyed the harmonies from the synths bouncing around.  Nice job!

great work. amazing sounds. like.

This song would be great when played really loud in the room in the picture.

damn, that beginning really reminded of spacelab, by kraftwerk. but darker and heavier (if that makes any sense). great stuff.
