Rich Depression

By Lyons on March 13, 2016 11:53 pm

Been mulling over the amount of rich brats studying music at university and how there's an ivory tower based on the ideal aesthetic of classical music.
Plz take away taxpayer funding from culturally vacuous music.
Plz stop taxpayers funding private schools.

This piece started off as a cover last year. I was trying to impress some people but then figured out that fuck that.

On a positive note, I bought a macbook pro this week. I'm so excited to get my first laptop.

I agree with your sentiments.  Also with your beautiful music.

Classical music is such a trite and dull aesthetic. The two eras either side of it are much more exciting.

How's it that Kate Miller-Heidke got the AusCo fellowship this year?! Gurgh.

Cool piece though.

very nice!

Hear hear! Crackin' piece too! Adds a good deal of gravitas to your sentiments.

When all the labels are gone all that will remain is the music. Well done!

This is a nice piece. Good music, don't care about its label or if it's "marble sculped classical". Sounds pretty f**ing good to me smile

Beautiful.  There's a wonderful Dirty Three vibe here.  And I'd agree with your sentiment.
