Casual(ty)

Recorded at the last second this morning! Borrowed ideas from a track I started 2 years ago.
The  piece was about being extremely nonchalant, flippant and uncommitted. I came across this at the start of studying music at uni with lots of people being extremely nonchalant towards music, bands, social groups and life in general

I think I found it strange because I had an preconceived idea of uni being a really artistic, outgoing/social experience but it turned out to be many clicky social groups with generally uncreative and flaky people.

(Though definitely not all of them!)

You, sir, are a true virtuoso!

Yeah, my art school was like that too...

Ah, I remember this tune! I'm experiencing O-Week joy at your uni currently. It's not as chaotically busy as I feared.

This is a nice variation on that original idea. Well done.

Enjoying the bouncy bass here. Is there a musical term for that scratching quality you create at the end?

Nice "Nonchalant" piece. I think it sounds bouncy and funny smile

And about the Uni... Man, I think we all been cheated by TV shows, but I remember it just felt like highschool but the building was bigger. It's true that I wasn't in an artistic career and I'm from Europe, nevertheless... Most dudes were as lame as the next guy, and maybe knew a couple of tricks we didn't back then so they could sound so artsy and sofisticated ... for a little while, until we all nknew best.
