Pretty horribly busy this week, though everything seems to go fine fortunately...

have you seen the movie "Gravity"? Do you remember that smoothness of the George Clooney character, swinging on his jetpack like he was hanging out with a tuxedo? ... Well, I guess this sound nothing like it, but when naming this one I thought about a vague "latin orbital vibe" (whatever this means... I don't know it and I'm latin myself).

This one's built with lines from my Eurorack setup and the Waldorf Rocket, plus some mallets from Ableton Live. Really a simple and somewhat weird piece, but I thought it could have some quirk charm to it.

HOpe you all have a great week! Peace smile

did not see the movie, but the music goes really well with the orbiting Clooney you posted smile
It's really beautiful. Things don't always have to be complicated to be great smile

I enjoy any movie that features Sandra Bullock in her underwear.

A great spacey little piece. I like it!

Sweet!

Delightful.

Thanks man! I'm glad it makes more sense now... I'm sure you know the feeling of creating something that seems to be weird or out of place.

Glad you liked it, and thank you again for listening smile

Whoah, no doubt Edmund! I'm myself a freak for Ms Bullock smile

Greetings from my modular coolness (sorry, no GIF of George tweaking Eurorack)

Beautiful space adventure!

Smooth, in a very sci-fi way.

Wait, what's that about Sandra Bullock in her underwear?

Nice sounds and really deep low end

Thanks Jim... And here's what Edmund was talking about

Thanks Jason! Wouldn't be me without some heavy bass somewhere, I guess

I def know what you meant about Clooney's "i'm in space bish!" coolness.  That deep sorta squelchy bass sound panning and modulating about sounds awesome.  I know nothing about modulars (a bit fraidy of them) but it sounds suhweet.
