Alice and the Pig, Far Away from Home

By kineticturtle on March 23, 2014 5:18 am

A double experiment involving the speech-to-song illusion, and LGPT->LSDJ sync.
Vocal sample borrowed from the recording of a wedding I played in 2004.

holly damn, good one

Such a crazy, brilliant idea - man the track is intense is hell!

Don't usually love the 8 bit sounds but I think this was done really well and used them in a new way.

I just read an article about the speech-to-song illusion and thought "I should use that in WeeklyBeats", but then I forgot about it. Great to see it being used in such a crazy track.

Yeah, I read that article too. Good application of the idea.

Hey this is awesome .. chip version of Steve Reich's method (used in Different Trains etc).
