another full band song. i wrote this a few years ago but only got around to recording it recently. i remember really liking the track when i wrote it so sat on it till i felt happy with how it sounded before recording a decent version of it. when we play it live, i hammer a rat and zvex fuzz pedal pretty heavily so it's rather more chaotic.
from what i recall, the intro was the last bit to be written. think we wanted some post rock detail to slightly mettle the punk rock blast of the latter half. after much discussion, we kept in the sticks count in for the main bit of the song.
much fun was had recording the shaker towards the end of the track.
