They are, you just need consent from the copyright holder, which I have.
If I'm wrong, admins, let me know asap so I can do a different song real quick

I'm pretty sure his EP is "all rights reserved" but he gave me permission to remix it.
I remember asking him if I could upload the remix to WB and under what license he'd prefer, he said sure and doesn't really care which license, that it was up to me.
I guess I'm good.
Remixes are fine as long as permission is granted from the original owner.
