DONNELY

I'm actually working on something else, a longer time project that I can't seem to finish, a bit more special. So I made this in a hurry, still I'm not displeased with the result smile It's simple four to the floor but still quite effective, I'd say! smile

Yes!!!

Very good track. Loads of energy, 'tough' sounding and flows nicely.

The mix does sound a little 'hurried' but adds to the ghetto vibe smile

This one is cool.
First i felt like staying outside of a club because of the slightly muffled Basedrum...
But while working I noticed that i started dancing in my chair.

Thanks for this !

Agree with theGuen, nice shuffling beat, it grows on you and you can't stop from moving with the beat

Thanks yet again for your lovely comment!
it's true that the bassdrum sounds slightly over the top - i wanted it to sound dirty, but don't know if it's good enough ... for some reason I keep on struggling with my drum sounds. I'm never 100% satisfied with them ...
Maybe I should buy the TR8 ... What do you think?

Direct and full of raw power. Much liked!

I have no complaints on your drum sounds so far...

But I guess a TR8 is a lot of fun... personally I like Hardware but I think it's not really necessary nowadays.
Before I bought the MPC I've looked into some drum machines like the Akai Tomcat, Volca Beats and TR8... the TR8 seems definitly the most versatile.

cheers,
Gunnar

Yeah it is true: you don t need hardware these days. I just like to play with it so much more smile ... And the old stuff is so expensive these days, so the TR8 seems indeed to be a good solution then ...

that kick and those quick vocal(?) cuts are 2 die for. great job!!!
