Chilled Reflection (Featuring Rudy Escobar)

By Diagamblic on January 10, 2016 11:32 pm

Here's a wintry tune made I made in Renoise featuring a wicked guitar solo kindly provided by Rudy Escobar.
Also features use of FM, C64, TIA, and NES soundchips.

ahhh this is so nice ~_~ great choice of synth timbres, they intertwine really well

indeed, reflection is best served chilled

Nice, enjoying the happy vibes.

Lovely vibe~ Puts me in a really good mood to hear this. I had to play it twice because I didn't want it to be over. heart Very solid playing from Rudy that sat very nicely in the mix.

This is exquisite, really beautiful. The piano is great, but the introduction of the guitar is brilliantly done. Well balanced, complements and lifts the track. Really great, looking forward to hearing more.

Thanks! I always seem to have a problem with song length. Never sure if a song is too long, or just right. Also - Rudy says thanks!

Oooooooh I like this. Good stuff.

Yes, this is a great song. Like it.

Damn, that arpeggio + solo is amazing!

Just relax!

Very, very nice track mate. I think that the chiptune always be the best thing for mix on the general music!

Congrats!

Oh wow. Great vibe, and the guitar sits in the mix *really* nicely. Well done!

Very pretty, great beat and vibe--and the solo does sound great here. Well done!

Very cool stuff man! Can't wait to hear what you do next!

Really cute and mellow feeling! I'm picturing myself resting in that Zelda's beach.

Pretty good sounding production. That "power ballad" electric guitar placed into a chippy context really took me by surprise.

Really interested in what you bring next week!

So relaxing.

Where's Princess Zelda? smile

Nice and calming!

This is dope. Lovely playing.

Very nice, I like the mixed chip aesthetic

holy moly this chip style is soooooo incredible.  Ahhhh, I want to learn how to do something like this in 2016!  I AM SO CHILLED OUT!

geiler scheiss!

80s chill (the arpeggio reminds me of the bal scene in labyrinth (RIP Bowie)), the first synth solo is also quite good!

Yes!!  That guitar!!  Perfect timing big_smile

Smooth and serene!
