Pets, Amirite?

I had a rough week, this number 42. Things went from real good to real bad and are back to good again.

This track is built from four recordings using the Korg MS200 to process sounds from my patchblocks synth patches. I also used a delay patch to process the sounds out of the Korg. The LittleMidiMachine app was used to control some of the "melodies". Very little post-processing was done in Ableton, this is nearly all raw recordings.

Two of the parts were recorded while things were not so good, and are a bit dark. The other two were recorded after things got better and (to me) sound much happier. I think it makes for a nice mix of moods.

Nice evolution to tranquility (or at least stasis).

Thanks guys! I'm starting to feel confident with this set of patches I've been using lately on the patchblocks. Been working on pulling softer sounds out of them since they tend to want to be pretty harsh in general.

Very nice development--great sounds, great way of covering the rough->smooth spectrum.  Well done!  (Here's hoping for a better week this week.)
