something rather different this week - no traditional writing this week, but this is a tiny excerpt from a live PA open jam session that my friend sami invited a bunch of local vancouver electronic musos to.  about 7 of us came out with various types of gear and hooked them up to a huge mixer and a MIDI clock and just went to town.  actually we're all still jamming at the time of this submission!

took the opportunity to mess around with the new KORG DSN-12, which was just released on the nintendo 3DS eshop a few days ago.  that's what you're hearing as the main melodic component of this short excerpt.

unfortunately all i had to record this was my phone's mic, no direct desk recording, just a crappy mono WAV via my voice recorder app!  sorry.
