Single in the Jungle

By BOULDER D4SH on February 21, 2016 7:58 pm

Another trip to downtempo space. Most sounds came from Korg Minilogue. I also tried how 909 sounds in 80bpm downtempo track.

Enjoy!

Feel like I'm watching Interstellar again! Great work!

I like this a lot smile

Whoah, a Minilogue! Are you happy with your new machine?

It's always great to hear those classic 909 beats outside the four-to-the-floor kingdom.

Funny pitched delay tails, and let's not forget the middle section (solid bass) ... You made me want to chop some nineohnine now smile

Thanks for all the nice words!
Comments give more reason to continue week to week.

Very happy!
I own bunch of vintage analogues that i never use. Minilogue have been on daily use since i got it. I have never been into pad sounds, but now i only do tracks with pads big_smile

All those pitched delays are played live from Minilogue. I have the older FW that has noisier delay that i like a lot. 909 kick fits quite well here. Open HH sound is a bit too 'classic' and it's funny that is the last sound on this track.
