Electrichip

And so it begins!

Tools Used: LTC1799 Bent gameboy (DMG-001) with LSDJ, Synced up via Electribe ESX<MIDI Clock sync (bounced the hell out of the phrases a few times with flanger and rocked out with the knobs till I got the take right) - Then recorded to Renoise, layered some stuff, then bounced to Live where it was mastered and a few more layers attached and tweaks, (if you can call it mastering) -- and some bit-crushing to get the pitch right

If you are an LSDJ aficionado, did you notice the dodgy aliasing on my noise channel? once I recorded it.. I left it in there (tsk tsk)

That sample you hear at the start and the end is me saying "Weeklybeats 2014" into a vocoder.

Track is chaotic smile)

Great to see some familiar faces here again in 2014, Welcome Back.
And to those new - Hi smile what an awesome place to hang out! have fun and hope you get something out of the 52week push.

This track is crazy! Dig it.

you got some pretty cool sounds going on, nice

You are one crazy mofo. Love this. Got some really nice stuff here. Also really enjoyed the constant building nature of it

Woah - stereo seperatoin.  Crazy processes there!!  Insane delays - it's like a constant build up! hehehehe.  Good to have you on board again Aday

impressive work!

sounds like you had a great time on this track, looking forward to what's to come!

Thank you all smile
Yeah, I definitely had a lot of fun with this.

In 2012 weeklybeats, I started in at the 6 month mark... and rushed the track production a lot and even left a few to the last minute ..

In 2014 I feel like my approach to the process has been reset -- amazing what you learn about your own workflow. (Thank you weeklybeats mentality!)

Ideas formulating about the next track smile

great shit

Loud and crazy, just how I like it!

this is awesome!!!
