Wye

By Abludo on March 20, 2016 11:36 pm

The back for this track is the river Wye, hence the name. I looped it because most of it had wind. This one is quite guitar-heavy: louder strumming as well as the usual tunes. I somehow made a synthetic steel drum (3xOSC) which gave it a very happy feel.

Plus I made most of it today, the first day of Spring. I think it pictures the season well. Just a little doodle, but enjoy!

All drum samples are primary (including the toms, which I have never recorded well before). Synths: ZynAddSubFX and TripleOscillator. Made with LMMS.

Really nice piece, mate. Chill, delicate and very well produced as usual.

yeah, thanks! nice one.

This is beautiful music. Kind of peacefulworldmusic to me.

The synthetic steel drums are so lovely and overtones are so good. Insta-fav'd!
